A Difficult Day as an Engineering Technician Last week was a very difficult day for me at work as a Junior Engineering Technician. First, I prepared an entire classroom for a practical engineering lesson, but several pieces of equipment were not working correctly. Next, I reorganized the cables, set up the laboratory kits, and tested all the computers to make sure everything was ready for the teachers. Then, one professor needed urgent help to configure a specific software that the students would use, and it took more time than I expected. After that, during the class, some students had trouble using the instruments, and I had to assist several of them at the same time. Finally, I had to solve an unexpected issue in one of the labs, which delayed the whole schedule. By the end of the day, I was exhausted, but satisfied because the classes ran successfully.
